Shopify Developer — Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the technical development, stability, and performance of our two Shopify stores.

• Create innovative front-end and back-end solutions for Shopify.

• Proactively introduce new features and maintain themes and applications to ensure they meet state-of-the-art standards.

• Develop Shopify applications and guarantee their integration into existing Shopify stores.

• Transform wireframe designs into code while implementing custom applications and layout modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, React, and CSS/PostCSS, along with experience in Shopify Plus and app development (both front-end and back-end).

• Proficient in using Shopify CLI, Liquid, the Theme Editor (schema/settings), and Shopify Theme Sync.

• Experience in developing back-end functionalities utilizing Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or related technologies.

• Proficient with GitHub.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Exceptional German language skills and very good English proficiency, allowing comfortable communication in both languages.

• Capability to work independently, demonstrating self-discipline and a focused, results-oriented mindset.

• Motivated, dependable, and exhibit a high level of loyalty and conscientiousness in code management.
