Shopify Coordinator – E-commerce Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Upload new products to Shopify utilizing data provided by suppliers.

• Source product descriptions, specifications, and images as required.

• Compose or enhance product descriptions to align with the brand's tone.

• Resize and format product images for optimal website presentation.

• Assign appropriate pricing, SKUs, barcodes, tags, and collections.

• Verify all listings for accuracy prior to publishing.

• Ensure consistency throughout product pages.

• Implement SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, keywords).

• Manage product categories, filters, and site navigation.

• Update existing listings (pricing, images, discontinued items).

• Ensure data consistency across systems (Shopify and POS if applicable).

• Collaborate with suppliers to rectify missing or incorrect information.

• High volume of precise product uploads on a weekly basis.

• Minimal inaccuracies in pricing, SKUs, and descriptions.

• Quick turnaround from data receipt to product being live.

• Consistent brand tone and formatting maintained across listings.

• SEO fields filled out accurately.

• Minimal rework necessary.

• **Skills & Experience**

• Proven experience with **Shopify product uploads (required)**.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Excellent written English proficiency.

• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

• Basic image editing capabilities (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capacity to work independently.
