This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• EDI Order Review: Validate incoming EDI orders (e.g., ANSI 850) for precision, including addresses, SKUs, quantities, and shipping information.
• Inventory Check & Order Release: Verify stock availability prior to releasing orders from the Order Management System (OMS) to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Fulfillment Instructions & Labels: Generate and send packaging and pallet instructions; supply retailer-compliant labels (e.g., GS1 UCC-128).
• Order & Shipment Tracking: Reconcile fulfillment records with EDI transmissions utilizing systems such as NetSuite, Orderful, SPS Commerce, and WMS.
• Shipping Coordination: Organize shipments via retailer portals or carrier systems for parcel and LTL freight; manage exceptions as required.
• Problem Resolution: Oversee shipments, identify issues such as delays or damages, and collaborate with carriers or the warehouse to resolve them.
• Drop-Ship Orders: Monitor drop-ship orders to fulfill SLAs, verify stock levels, and initiate replacements when necessary.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Basic Reporting: Generate straightforward reports on order and shipment status; bring attention to issues and recurring challenges to your manager.
• Process Support: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend enhancements when opportunities for improving accuracy or efficiency arise.

• Committed to client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order processing.
• Preferred experience in working with carriers and managing shipping exceptions.
• Familiarity with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite), SPS Commerce or Orderful, and WMS platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of retail EDI standards (e.g., 850, 856, 810, 997) and GS1 labeling is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software systems.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Background in retail or wholesale (e.g., CPG, home goods).
• Knowledge of drop-ship and direct-to-consumer shipping.
• Familiarity with Shopify, OMS platforms, or e-commerce systems.
• Awareness of LTL and parcel shipping processes.
