This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Inventory Control: Communicate with the warehouse regarding timely production and the purchase orders assigned to Coyote and transport lines.
• Monitoring: Utilize satellite monitoring for the coordinated entry and exit of units from the warehouse.
• Unit Entry: Coordinate the entry of operators based on loading times and available space within the warehouse.
• Supervision of Loading Operations: Oversee and coordinate loading activities of goods in the warehouse.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operators have appropriate safety equipment and adhere to plant/warehouse guidelines.
• Unit Exit: Manage exit documentation (CCP) and ensure operational satellite units.
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as the liaison between Coyote, transport lines, and the warehouse.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues that may arise during loading and unloading activities.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any incidents or deviations.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Previous experience in inventory management and team leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to identify problems and find effective solutions promptly.
• Familiarity with logistics terminology and the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
