This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create tailored SharePoint solutions and integrations utilizing SPFx, JavaScript, JSON, and SharePoint REST APIs.
• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint opportunities for modernization and automation within SharePoint 365.
• Collect, document, and refine technical requirements in collaboration with users and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and implement PowerApps Canvas and Model-driven applications.
• Streamline workflows through automation using Power Automate.
• Construct and personalize SharePoint Online pages, web parts, document libraries, and lists.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SharePoint tools, scripts, and PowerApps.
• Work alongside KM staff to transform operational needs into secure M365 implementations.
• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience; an additional four years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• At least four years of application development experience, specifically with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, list/library configuration, permissions management, and M365 best practices.
• Experience in creating dashboards or data visualizations, preferably with Power BI connected to SharePoint data sources.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Active Secret security clearance with the capability to maintain it.
• US citizenship is required.
• Preferred: active CompTIA Security+ CE certification or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Preferred: previous military or Army staff experience.
• Preferred: experience with React or TypeScript.
• Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, custom connectors, and external data/API integration.
• Preferred: experience embedding Power BI dashboards in SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Preferred: experience in migrating legacy SharePoint structures to modern SharePoint Online and Power Apps.
