This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Carry out daily operational tasks associated with the People Team's shared services, encompassing HR administration, case management, support for team members and leaders, data upkeep, and operational workflows.
• Oversee and manage Shared Services initiatives, including vendor relations, invoice processing, record keeping, and various administrative duties.
• Address internal inquiries and requests by providing relevant information and escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Evaluate operational data, service trends, and recurring challenges to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements, automation, self-service options, and support improvements.
• Create, govern, and perpetually enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge resources, and documentation protocols.
• Collaborate with the People Team to elevate the experiences of team members and leaders, particularly during significant Moments that Matter.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise and easily accessible records, documentation, knowledge resources, and operational content.
• Work together with various People Team functions and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth service delivery and interdepartmental processes.
• Engage in the implementation, testing, adoption, and enhancement of systems, AI-driven tools, automations, processes, and upgrades.
• Provide operational assistance for benefits administration, readiness for open enrollment, immigration matters, contractor management, compliance activities, and vendor-supported services.
• Offer backup support for payroll administration, procedural tasks, testing, and continuity planning efforts.
• Assist with Team Member Experience initiatives, including recognition programs, philanthropy, cultural activities, surveys, communications, and engagement strategies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in shared services, operations, HR, customer support, project coordination, or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Capability to utilize technology, AI, and automation tools to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for professional engagement with internal stakeholders.
• Aptitude for prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and adhering to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize operational enhancements, innovations, and scalable solutions.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
