This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage incoming calls, chats, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers.
β’ Address inquiries related to authorizations, claims, and general services for providers.
β’ Thoroughly document each interaction.
β’ Investigate issues and ensure timely and precise follow-up.
β’ Assist providers in checking authorization status, submitting claims, and navigating the provider portal.
β’ Respond to provider questions with professionalism and accuracy.
β’ Research and resolve inquiries concerning claims and payments.
β’ Aid in provider enrollment and updates on credentialing status.
β’ Verify eligibility and benefits.
β’ Support inquiries related to network participation.
β’ Troubleshoot technical issues within the provider portal.
β’ Document and monitor interactions to ensure compliance and quality.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
β’ 2+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service position.
β’ Familiarity with Medicare claims, Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid is preferred.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to accurately navigate multiple systems and databases.
β’ Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
β’ Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions.
β’ Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; the company is currently unable to provide sponsorship for any visa type (H1B or otherwise).
