This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Act as a primary resource for providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
β’ Oversee and address inquiries through Zendesk, offering troubleshooting support and guidance as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with various internal departments, including Finance, Test Delivery, Client Services, and Account Management, to enhance overall client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
β’ Produce internal reports to promote departmental efficiency, visibility, and oversight.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate or bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations is preferred.
β’ Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
β’ Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is an advantage.
β’ A keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
