This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and technical evaluations of prospective candidates for corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit positions, showcasing the ability to predict hiring manager preferences through elevated interview-to-offer ratios.
• Engage with passive candidates in finance and accounting through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and targeted finance networks, professional associations, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with Finance & Accounting Leadership (CFO, VP of Finance, Controllers) to grasp team requirements, outline role specifications, and develop enticing value propositions tailored for corporate finance talent.
• Foster a diverse talent pipeline within the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every interaction, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team both internally and externally, effectively communicating our distinctive business model, scale, and financial influence.
• Utilize internal resources and market insights to formulate strategies for promoting our value proposition to exceptional finance talent.
• Over 5 years of comprehensive, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically in finance and accounting positions, including FP&A, general accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and strategic finance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed competency evaluations and assess finance capabilities (e.g., GAAP/IFRS standards, financial modeling, audit processes, cost accounting, and strategic planning) against technical and cultural benchmarks.
• Extensive knowledge of the finance and accounting landscape, including current industry trends, essential certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA), and familiarity with financial planning and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan, advanced Excel).
• Proven experience in managing strategic relationships with stakeholders, particularly with Finance Leaders and Hiring Managers, to drive strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with business needs, profile calibration, and transparent reporting on pipeline progress.
• Experience in a consultative role where your insights on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate expectations have resulted in enhanced outcomes and a positive candidate experience within the finance and accounting sector.
• Excellent communication skills with finance candidates to understand their motivations, drivers, and cultural fit in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Experience handling various pipelines of finance candidates and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process utilizing an ATS.
• Highly independent yet collaborative, excelling in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to the necessity of access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
