This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offers senior-level guidance and subject matter expertise on escalated Settlement inquiries from financial institutions or cardholders.

• Investigates and resolves client and cardholder tickets regarding errors, exceptions, and rejects.

• Posts daily settlement entries in Velera’s general ledgers, adhering to card association and regulatory standards and deadlines.

• Collaborates with various internal departments, including Client Delivery, CGEs, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Executive/Senior management.

• Provides coaching and corrective feedback to chargeback analysts.

• Suggests process improvements to management aimed at reducing costly recurring errors.

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of card association and regulatory rules to effectively resolve complex chargeback or compliance cases.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Education / GED is required.

• An Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years as a Case Management Representative is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in a credit/debit card environment, focusing on disputes, fraud, and general card industry knowledge is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.

• Prior experience with the VELERA account recovery system is preferred.
