This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Customer-focused consulting for heating companies, both over the phone and on-site.

• Providing support to colleagues in the technical field service within an extended area around your deployment zone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC, refrigeration technician, energy and building electronics technician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Professional experience in customer service, for instance, in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Possession of the refrigeration certificate category 1; additionally, category 2 is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license class B.
