Servicetechniker Außendienst – Augsburg

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies both over the phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duty with the goal of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a plumbing and heating mechanic, refrigeration technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, preferably with further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a Category 1 refrigerant certificate; Category 2 refrigerant certificate is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of Class B.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
