Servicetechniker – Außendienst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our heating business customers both over the phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in technical field service in the extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a system mechanic for HVAC, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, and ideally further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate category 1; additionally, refrigeration certificate category 2 is advantageous.

• A valid driver's license of class B.

• Good German language skills in both spoken and written form.
