This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute turnkey installation and service operations on transformer monitoring systems.

• Install and terminate electrical conduits, stainless-steel tubing, power and communication cabling, and associated hardware.

• Oversee installation projects and collaborate with customer representatives and internal GE Sales and Service teams.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues down to the Printed Circuit Board level.

• Engage with customers throughout job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support phases.

• Conduct fieldwork adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and employee safety protocols.

• Act as the primary technical resource for on-site activities and resolve engineering and product-related challenges.

• Offer technical guidance to skilled labor at customer locations and on equipment.

• Deliver installation and service instructions both on-site and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds.

• Generate timely, accurate, and professional internal and external documentation and reports.

• Conduct audits and enforce quality control standards for on-site repairs and upgrades in accordance with Engineering and Product Department requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of Field Services and Maintenance experience.

• At least 2 years of advanced experience in Services & On-Site Services.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Proven project management expertise.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and fault finding to the Printed Circuit Board level.

• Ability to conduct fieldwork in compliance with relevant EHS regulations and safety practices.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
