This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Accurately define project scopes (including personnel, skills, and timelines) to meet clients’ needs.
• Leverage your extensive platform knowledge to implement best practices in each client engagement by providing Subject Matter Expertise related to Salesforce Core/PSS products.
• Oversee and govern pre-sales solutioning and architecture for large-scale multi-cloud projects.
• Enhance client Services renewals (when applicable) by aligning customer success with the professional services roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with the Account and Services Sales team by leading pre-sales initiatives, such as crafting client-specific proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and staffing plans, while engaging with other Subject Matter Experts across the organization to achieve consensus on proposals as needed.
• Effectively manage multiple strategic clients concurrently.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and valuable resource for our customers and Salesforce colleagues, while continuously enhancing your reputation for excellence in professional services.

• Demonstrate ongoing professional growth and development.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in delivering and/or overseeing relevant solutions.
• Over 10 years of experience in providing consulting services, including team leadership and active participation in selling professional services through technical solutioning expertise.
• At least 2 years of experience in sizing and scoping relevant projects.
• Salesforce System Architect Certification is required.
• Willingness to travel, up to 25% of the time.
