Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of client projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design to go-live and post-implementation support.

• Serve as the primary liaison for client teams, aligning clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to ensure project progression.

• Foster accountability for key milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support).

• Proactively recognize risks and address issues to sustain project momentum.

• Support solution scoping and provide SWAG estimates for new workflows or integrations.

• Collaborate with Platform Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Ensure smooth handoffs and management of dependencies across the Delivery and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in healthcare IT, consulting, or health system operations.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation.

• Strong foundation in project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management).

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.

• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.).

• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers, at events, and in collaborative office settings up to 50% of the time.
