Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Enhance team profitability and drive performance improvements.

• Work collaboratively with Sales to acquire new business and validate technical solutions.

• Ensure contracts are delivered successfully (on schedule, within budget, and achieving high customer satisfaction).

• Lead initiatives for operational excellence and ongoing process enhancements.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customer management teams.

• Advocate for the use of AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital workflows.

• Deliver contracts punctually, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.

• Manage financial, technical, and contractual risks effectively.

• Develop and maintain project methodologies and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Prior experience in public health is preferred.

• Proven track record in delivering complex software implementation projects.

• Familiarity with project methodologies such as PMBOK and PRINCE2.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership and motivational capabilities.

• Exceptional decision-making skills, especially under pressure.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.

• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, and intelligent workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to adapt to evolving digital technologies.
