Services Design Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a functional expert within the expansive Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) domain, aiding presales initiatives and service scoping dialogues to secure professional services Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Perform design health assessments for customers within the existing install base to pinpoint process inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies for procurement and invoicing workflows.

• Collaborate with Services Sales to define functional service requests, transforming delivery requirements into precise, scalable proposals and product configurations.

• Facilitate the transition from Sales to Services, ensuring seamless continuity from the presales scoping phase into project execution.

• Work cross-functionally with product management to relay customer insights, engage in design reviews, and advocate for valuable product improvements.

• Aid in the creation and revision of standardized service offerings that align with current product capabilities.

• Support the scoping and design of initial services for new product features, partnering with product teams and early adopters.

• Maintain and enhance proposal templates, knowledge bases, and scoping tools to scale presales efforts across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Spend Management or Procure-to-Invoice (P2P/P2I) consulting, with exposure to software implementation and presales or scoping tasks.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of the complete Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle, with the capability to align business processes to software solutions.

• Coupa Knowledge: Experience with Coupa implementation, configuration, or design is greatly preferred.

• Industry Background: Experience working with or for SaaS software providers on enterprise implementations or delivering professional services.

• Scoping & Proposal Skills: Proven experience assisting Sales or Services Sales teams in drafting, shaping, and estimating professional services SOWs or proposals.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to work collaboratively with clients, product teams, sales, and delivery teams.

• Deliverables: Experience in creating or contributing to customer-facing materials such as proposals, SOWs, process maps, or presentation decks.

• Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and adept at navigating a dynamic environment that requires managing multiple scoping requests.
