This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on managing programs, projects, portfolios, stage-gates, CAPEX, milestones, performance indicators, and executive dashboards.

• Engage in strategic portfolio, program, and corporate initiative management projects.

• Facilitate decision-making and strategic oversight of the organization's initiatives.

• Execute process modeling and configure the ServiceNow platform effectively.

• Create solutions that align with business requirements.

• Generate reports and management dashboards to track performance outcomes.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM).

• Proficient in process modeling.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform configuration.

• Capability to develop solutions that meet business needs.

• Competence in building reports and management dashboards.

• Experience in strategic portfolio, program, and corporate initiative management projects.
