• Create and develop REST connectors/webhooks for the standardization of JSON payloads.

• Execute automated workflows in Flow Designer and orchestration playbooks.

• Manage and configure advanced AI technologies such as Now Assist, AIOps, and Predictive Intelligence.

• Generate dashboards and operational health metrics for services and MIM.

• We seek a ServiceNow Specialist/Architect with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.

• Proficient technical skills for developing intricate integrations using JavaScript and APIs.
