This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend and articulate industry standards and ServiceNow best practices
• Grasp and convey the features of Contender products and service offerings
• Oversee the execution of delivery projects, which includes:
• Facilitating demonstrations and collaborative sessions with the client
• Collecting requirements from the client
• Designing solutions that maximize value while reducing technical debt
• Refining Agile stories and tasks
• Allocating tasks to technical consultants
• Evaluating the work of technical consultants
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a ServiceNow platform administrator
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework
• Capability to develop on the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization
• Proficient in JavaScript
• Experience in leading a team to develop and configure ServiceNow
• Understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
