This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend and articulate industry standards and best practices related to ServiceNow.
• Grasp and convey the offerings and products of Contender.
• Spearhead the execution of delivery projects, which includes:
• Leading demonstrations and collaborative sessions with clients.
• Collecting requirements from clients.
• Designing solutions that maximize value while minimizing technical debt.
• Refining Agile stories and tasks.
• Delegating assignments to technical consultants.
• Evaluating the work of technical consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional and/or military experience.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience as an administrator for the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• Capability to develop on the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization.
• Proficient in JavaScript.
• Experience in leading a team to develop and configure ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to explain ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (including story refinement, testing, and scrum).
• Practical knowledge of how configuration management integrates within the ITIL framework.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
