ServiceNow Software Asset Management Administrator – SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and upkeep of Software Asset Management (SAM) to guarantee precise software discovery, license reconciliation, and cost efficiency.

• Manage and sustain the ServiceNow SAM Pro application, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability.

• Create workflows for reconciliation, entitlement tracking, and compliance reporting utilizing SAM Pro functionalities.

• Assist in mitigating risks associated with end-of-life software/hardware to comply with IT Asset Management (ITAM) data governance standards.

• Construct dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, particularly concentrating on Software Asset Management.

• Expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and support, including entitlement management, normalization, and software compliance.

• Profound knowledge of software licensing models (e.g., per user, per device, subscription, SaaS).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro Plus functionalities.

• Familiarity with discovery tools and data integrations.

• Capability to configure and maintain the SAM module.
