This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the principal architect for the ServiceNow platform, managing its setup, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead a team dedicated to the development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discern business requirements and ensure alignment with ServiceNow functionalities.
• Formulate and execute best practices for ServiceNow governance, security, and optimization.
• Guarantee seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Supervise the administration and daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
• Manage license oversight, ensuring the organization adheres to ServiceNow licensing agreements.
• Cultivate relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and platform support.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow as an architect or team leader.
• In-depth expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD platform development, configuration, and administration.
• Strong comprehension of ITIL best practices along with ITSM and HR processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow NowAssist AI (preferred).
• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is highly sought after.
• Leadership capabilities with experience in managing technical teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English language skills.
