ServiceNow Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain the ServiceNow platform in accordance with business requirements.

• Oversee the architectural design of the ServiceNow platform to enhance performance and scalability.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Monitor and enhance ServiceNow performance, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

• Lead the deployment of various ServiceNow solutions, ensuring comprehensive documentation for clarity.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is essential, with the ability to pass a background check and secure a DoD clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).

• Significant experience in the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.

• Strong expertise in business process automation and workflow design.

• ServiceNow certification(s) are preferred.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jelly, etc.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
