This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy from start to finish.
β’ Take ownership of the platform roadmap, guiding it from initial discovery to go-live and continuous optimization.
β’ Lead delivery teams on intricate, multi-module implementations ensuring successful execution.
β’ Collaborate with C-suite executives, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to establish the platform vision, desired business outcomes, and effective change management.
β’ Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom applications.
β’ Design the platform architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and data governance frameworks.
β’ Convert business requirements into detailed ServiceNow solution designs and user stories.
β’ Evaluate technical design documents, data models, and integration patterns for quality assurance and compliance.
β’ Lead management of scope, risk mitigation strategies, and resolution of escalations.
β’ Coordinate project delivery across both internal and external teams, including implementation partners and systems integrators.
β’ Assess the health of ServiceNow instances in terms of CMDB/CSDM, configuration debt, data governance, and upgrade readiness.
β’ Engage in or lead governance boards, steering committees, and strategic forums.
β’ Create proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical specifications, and compelling business cases that quantify platform value.
β’ Mentor and coach junior architects, functional leads, and delivery teams to enhance their skills.
β’ Bachelor's degree in computer technology or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Expertise, with a focus on ServiceNow solution architecture, implementation, and delivery.
β’ At least eight (8) years of practical experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various product lines, such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM, or their equivalents.
β’ ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is required.
β’ Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is preferred.
β’ Possession of an Enterprise Architecture Certification is advantageous.
β’ Extensive experience with ServiceNow FSO, SAM, TPRM, SPM, or AI is essential.
β’ In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow application configuration, JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, workflow design, and data modeling.
β’ Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create business cases, technical specifications, executive summaries, and presentations for boards.
β’ Capability to manage delivery teams ranging from 5 to 50 individuals across both functional and technical areas.
β’ Familiarity with utilizing Now Intelligence, AI Search, Workflow Data Fabric, or Process Optimization.
β’ Proven experience leading three or more complex, multi-year ServiceNow implementations from design through post-go-live optimization.
β’ Background in consulting or systems integration.
β’ Experience in publishing thought leadership on ServiceNow implementation or digital transformation.
β’ Insight into commercial business functions and workflows that ServiceNow supports.
β’ Familiarity with Bravium and its governance platform.
β’ Understanding of multi-divisional or multi-geographical operating models.
