ServiceNow Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management within Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace Platform and the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Oversee configuration plans, change management processes, technical integrations, and documentation while working closely with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams.

• Handle Change Requests and manage CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, the ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules.

• Assist in Agile/DevOps workflows, release management, integration traceability, and offer subject matter expertise during technical reviews and customer-facing sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Integration Management (traceability, change control, audits, documentation, ITSM).

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management.

• Experience with Nuvolo modules or similar enterprise asset/workplace management platforms.

• US Citizenship.

• 3+ years of continuous residency in the U.S.
