ServiceNow FSM Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow FSM implementations from initial discovery to final deployment.

• Create scalable, best-practice ServiceNow FSM solutions that utilize out-of-the-box functionalities whenever feasible.

• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate solution designs, configurations, integrations, and customizations to ensure they meet quality and scalability standards.

• Collaborate with project managers to estimate efforts, pinpoint risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by leading discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, architectural discussions, project scoping, effort estimation, and drafting Statements of Work.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during implementation and the continuous evolution of the platform.

• Mentor junior consultants and developers on best practices for ServiceNow FSM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).

• Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-scale FSM solutions.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, IoT, GIS, or third-party scheduling systems.

• Strong proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog.

• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and engage directly with executive and business stakeholders.

• Experience in creating project estimates, solution designs, and Statements of Work.

• Exceptional communication and consulting abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• • Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)
• • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred but not required)
