This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the principal Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various simultaneous requests, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, requirements reviews, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Function as the intermediary between business and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Steer stakeholders towards leveraging out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and best practices while aligning business needs with platform governance.
• Foster strong relationships across both business and technology teams and encourage the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, configure, and tailor ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, Integration Hub flows, and catalog items.
• Set up forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, portals, and automation processes.
• Develop integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and the ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Diagnose platform issues and implement scalable, maintainable solutions adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
• Assist with platform upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field of experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in supporting and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, ServiceNow Developer, or Solution Consultant.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in writing user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and requirements gathering.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Experience in supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades and release management.
• Familiarity with QA processes, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
