This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversees client-facing implementations and ensures successful delivery within ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM environments.
• Merges end-to-end engagement ownership with pre-sales assistance, encompassing solutioning, scoping, and proposal development.
• Suggests and provides solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring that implemented solutions fulfill the customer's functional requirements.
• Organizes and conducts workshops.
• Advocates for process standardization and enhanced efficiencies.
• Identifies and documents comprehensive requirements.
• Designs effective process solutions.
• Offers advisory and implementation services along with solutions.
• Configures the platform and its applications.
• Trains, empowers, and/or educates clients on the solutions provided.
• Supplies support after go-live.
• Develops a deep understanding of technical and business priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be leveraged for Advizex solution opportunities.
• 3–5 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience with ITSM and ITOM.
• Proficient in delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow development concepts (e.g., scripting, configuration vs. customization, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and ensure accountability throughout project completion.
• Experience operating within an Agile delivery model, including requirements gathering, development, and testing.
• Engagement management experience covering planning, reporting, delivery, and project closure.
• Strong consultative skills with the capacity to clearly and effectively communicate business process enhancements.
• Previous experience in IT Operations beyond ServiceNow-specific roles.
• Solid business analysis capabilities, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM / SACM concepts and best practices.
• ServiceNow Foundational Certifications (CSA and/or CAD).
• ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (CIS).
• ServiceNow Sales Accreditations.
