This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Tasked with improving solutions aimed at managing risks associated with third parties, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Proficient in the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Background or experience in supporting corporate settings and managing service tickets.
• Foundational knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining forms, Service Catalog, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and basic automation processes.
• Basic development skills in JavaScript, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience with integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Understanding of environment management (DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD) and the use of Update Sets.
• Experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, Update Sets, and log analysis.
• Knowledge of access management, including groups, roles/profiles, ACLs, and security best practices.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base (KB) articles.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (or currently in progress).
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Health Scan, and Instance Security Center.
• Basic understanding of CMDB and platform governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, and Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
