This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as a proactive technical resource executing development and configuration tasks under the supervision of the Lead ServiceNow Architect.
• Develop and set up the CSM Configurable Workspace, customer-oriented Service Portal, Record Producers, and catalog workflows.
• Execute low-code automation through Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer (PAD).
• Configure and create secure, bi-directional REST integrations and workflows.
• Establish staging tables, run data cleansing scripts, and migrate legacy records.
• Configure the Performance Analytics module and manage dashboard filters.
• Assist in configuration and remediation tasks for secure government environments.
• Facilitate the migration of existing application workflows into ServiceNow CSM, including UAT/training support and deployment readiness.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical IT platform development/configuration experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM configuration/development.
• Direct involvement in configuring ServiceNow CSM capabilities, including Configurable Workspace, Service Portal, Record Producers, catalog workflows, and case management functionalities.
• Practical experience in configuring platform integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and Robust Transform Engines (RTE).
• Hands-on experience in executing automated data migrations, schema mapping, and table cleansing from legacy formats such as flat files, custom tables, spreadsheets, and SharePoint lists into ServiceNow environments.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Direct experience in implementing automation with Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer (PAD), including playbooks, task routing, and system notifications.
• Experience in configuring Query Business Rules and field-level ACLs to ensure secure data visibility and multi-tenant boundaries.
• Capability to operate in a secure government environment with CAC access.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen in accordance with contract eligibility requirements.
