ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, to align with business requirements, which includes creating UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes.

• Design and execute intricate workflows and automated processes utilizing Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

• Develop and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC.

• Craft custom Service Portal pages and widgets employing HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to assess, document, and convert functional requirements into technical specifications.

• Conduct unit testing, assist with user acceptance testing, and perform code reviews to guarantee code quality and system performance.

• Supervise update sets, platform upgrades, and patches, ensuring that the platform remains up-to-date with minimal service disruption.

• Maintain thorough documentation for technical configurations, process flows, and system procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript for both client-side and server-side ServiceNow scripting, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

• Significant experience in designing and developing Scripted REST APIs within scoped ServiceNow applications.

• Practical experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Located in Latin America and available during Argentina or EST business hours.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders are an advantage.
