ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions in accordance with designated user stories, established standards, and platform best practices.

• Provide technical expertise during story refinement and solution design discussions.

• Adhere to development standards, naming conventions, and guidance.

• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, and Administrators.

• Clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and address issues as they arise.

• Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Take part in code reviews and share knowledge with team members.

• Recommend enhancements to development practices and delivery processes.

• Stay updated on ServiceNow knowledge, pursue relevant certifications, and engage in continuous professional development.

• Contribute to internal initiatives, reusable assets, or skill development activities when not engaged in customer projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering development and configuration across various areas of the ServiceNow platform.

• Understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, including scripting, workflows, catalog management, and integrations.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative delivery environment.

• SC clearance or the eligibility to obtain SC clearance.

• Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.

• Familiarity with ATF is desirable but not mandatory.
