ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Tailor and develop applications in ServiceNow for operational and real estate management utilizing JavaScript, GlideScript, and integration techniques.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable and effective solutions.

• Execute system integrations with external tools and platforms to guarantee a smooth workflow and data integrity.

• Generate and uphold detailed documentation for coding standards, application configurations, and change management processes.

• Carry out testing to verify the functionality and performance of developed solutions within the ServiceNow environment.

• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, ensuring optimal system functionality.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in ServiceNow and Nuvolo technologies, applying enhancements as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or possess a Green Card.

• Capability to secure a Public Trust clearance.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in application development within ServiceNow.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially regarding IT services and Nuvolo implementations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks for ServiceNow development.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to assess requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

• Strong communication skills, effective in collaborating within a remote team setting.
