
ServiceNow Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead the complete delivery of ServiceNow ITSM implementations, covering Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Oversee project delivery timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across various workstreams.
• Act as the main contact point for client stakeholders, delivery leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Convert business requirements into actionable delivery plans and work in coordination with developers and architects.
• Conduct regular reviews of delivery status, providing updates on progress, obstacles, and escalations.
• Manage quality assurance, UAT coordination, and preparations for go-live activities.
• Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, standards, and documentation practices.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and change management protocols.
• Mentor and support junior team members and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to guarantee that technical designs comply with business and platform standards.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience in configuring the ServiceNow platform, designing workflows, and automating processes.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and principles of platform governance.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and their implementation within ServiceNow.
• Experience with integration patterns, REST APIs, and connectivity with third-party systems.
• Proficient in project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) — Required.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Additional CIS certifications are advantageous.
