ServiceNow CSM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions.

• Configure, customize, and enhance processes associated with the CSM (Customer Service Management) module.

• Create applications utilizing App Engine, including scoped applications.

• Establish integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Conduct performance optimizations and troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and integrations.

• Guarantee data security through the proper implementation of ACLs and access controls.

• Engage in defining technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and overseeing platform governance.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development.

• Advanced skills in optimized GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, Script Includes (both client-callable and server-side), GlideAjax, Scheduled Jobs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and performance tuning and scripting best practices.

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Spokes, managing JSON and XML payloads, inbound and outbound processes, as well as OAuth and Basic Authentication.

• In-depth knowledge of ACLs, data security, access segregation, and Domain Separation in multi-company/multi-tenant environments.

• Implementation and configuration experience with Case Lifecycle, Service Catalog for CSM, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Agent Workspace, SLAs and OLAs, and Service Portal and/or CSM Portal.

• Application development experience using Scoped Applications, App Engine Studio, Decision Tables, UI Builder (preferred), and versioning with Update Sets and/or source control (Git).
