ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage extensive knowledge in business processes to create and define customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Lead a collaborative team, ensuring that development efforts are thoroughly documented and delivered with high quality, while taking ownership of the overall outcomes of your projects.

• Concentrate on the design and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services related to Enterprise solutions, including the design, deployment, and integration of various product sets.

• Anticipate a minimum of 25% travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

• Proficient in business processes related to at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform.

• Recognized authority in your area within the organization.

• Strong functional understanding of at least one ServiceNow suite.

• Capable of discussing business requirements for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong awareness of project and situational contexts.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
