ServiceNow Business Analyst – HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and oversee various implementations from a customer strategy perspective.

• Identify customer requirements, formulate strategies, create plans/proposals, and recommend improvements for customers’ internal processes and functions.

• Manage business requirements and establish priorities in collaboration with clients/end users.

• Perform impact assessments on current business processes and functions.

• Generate functional specifications, wireframes, and mock-ups for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with technical teams to conduct demonstrations and presentations for client end users.

• Contribute to the development of test scripts, including the establishment of acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate testing/UAT and reach consensus on priorities with clients/end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a business-related role.

• Strong understanding of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to assess and minimize risk.

• Proven facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire a team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to simplify complex situations.

• Outstanding relationship management skills across all levels.

• Proven ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization.

• Adaptable to working with uncertainty and change.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

• Commitment to ongoing education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond.

• Ability to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations.

• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications preferred.
