This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Develop and sustain robust, trusted relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the key point of contact throughout the project's duration.
• Take ownership of and regularly update the product backlog within ServiceNow.
• Work collaboratively with clients to prioritize user stories based on business impact, urgency of mission, and operational preparedness.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions alongside development teams and stakeholders.
• Provide project management support and potentially fulfill Scrum Master responsibilities to promote Agile methodologies.
• Ensure precise task entries, story statuses, and effort tracking on the Agile board.
• Eliminate obstacles to sustain delivery speed.
• Guide and mentor junior business analysts.
• Direct discovery sessions and manage project intake within ServiceNow.
• Convert business objectives into comprehensive technical requirements.
• Create, oversee, and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs in ServiceNow.
• Generate, submit, and oversee formal Change Requests within ServiceNow.
• Lead comprehensive User Acceptance Testing, coordinate testing phases, and obtain formal approval.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers throughout the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure that requirements and workflows comply with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture standards.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user manuals, and operational integration strategies.
• Suggest, revise, and document process enhancements in conjunction with the PM and Development team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with 3 years of relevant experience; Associate’s Degree in Information Technology with 10 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma with 11 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Proficient in stakeholder discovery, project intake, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Familiarity with Change Request procedures and governance within ServiceNow.
• Capability to assist developers and resolve delivery challenges in the SDLC.
• Strong skills in technical documentation.
• Experience working on IT projects that utilize the PMI framework.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders who have lived in the U.S. for a minimum of 3 years and have the ability to obtain a public trust.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Experience as a Scrum Master/Agile practitioner is desirable.
• Background in supporting FedRamp authorized software is a plus.
