This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.
• Provides assistance and execution of requirements and work packages for low-complexity projects and initiatives that align with business strategies.
• Aids in the delivery of team projects and programs.
• Oversees requirements management and work packages for Tier 5 low-to-moderate-risk and regulatory projects or initiatives.
• Identifies issues and facilitates their resolution.
• Assists in communication and change management efforts.
• Drives stakeholder engagement and tailors communication styles to suit diverse audiences.
• Evaluates impacts on customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions.
• Takes ownership of project deliverables related to business requirements.
• Engages stakeholders to determine and manage necessary project outcomes.
• Communicates significant changes in requirements delivery to project sponsors, business project owners, and project/program/portfolio managers.
• Collaborates with project managers, business sponsors, technology partners, and other stakeholders to allocate resources and fulfill requirements.
• Facilitates the elicitation, analysis, documentation, communication, prioritization, and traceability of requirements.
• Records and authenticates current-state processes while designing desired future-state processes.
• Evaluates scope changes and change requests for their impact on requirements, project benefits, and risks.
• Formulates recommendations and solutions through analytical problem-solving.
• Monitors requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints; formulates mitigation plans.
• Supports quality assurance, develops test scripts, conducts solution testing, and communicates issues for resolution.
• Contributes to project plans and high-level work breakdown structures.
• Completes work packages and prepares for operational readiness while managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Assists during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Mentors junior and peer Business Analysts, sharing best practices in business analysis.
• Leads, inspires, and cultivates constructive relationships with business, stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Prioritizes workload and capacity to achieve project milestones.
• Participates in coaching, performance evaluations, employee surveys, action plans, team meetings, and recognition initiatives.
• Maintains an individual development plan and contributes to a collaborative, diverse work environment.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid to advanced understanding of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards throughout the project life-cycle.
• Familiarity with requirements management and business analysis methodologies.
• Capability to lead requirements management and work packages for Tier 5 low to moderate risk and regulatory projects or initiatives.
• Proficiency in analyzing impacts on customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions.
• Skilled in planning, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and managing business requirements.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and validating current-state processes, as well as designing desired future-state processes.
• Ability to establish and maintain requirements traceability and prioritize requirements and scope changes.
• Competence in collaborating with technology partners on system requirements, design, testing plans, and deliverables.
• Ability to identify and manage requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
• Proficiency in developing mitigation plans and completing compliance/new process assessment templates.
• Ability to support quality assurance, develop test scripts, and test finalized solutions.
• Compliance with enterprise project governance controls, performance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Ability to develop project plans and high-level work breakdown structures.
• Capable of managing deadlines, shifting work priorities, and project milestone dates.
• Experience mentoring junior and peer Business Analysts.
• Occasional domestic travel required; no international travel.
• Ability to perform sedentary tasks, multitask, operate standard office equipment, maintain concentration for extended periods, comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic consistently.
