ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Configure and deploy AI Governance and Lifecycle Management functionalities within the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

• Assist with Risk, Compliance, and Security Management efforts across the organization.

• Implement Discovery and Observability features to enhance visibility into AI assets and their usage.

• Develop governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks customized to meet enterprise needs.

• Create workflows and integrate ServiceNow with various enterprise AI assets and platforms.

• Work in partnership with both business and technical stakeholders to provide comprehensive AI governance solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

• Practical experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within the ServiceNow environment.

• Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management principles and their application in ServiceNow.

• Demonstrated experience in developing workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

• Capability to function effectively in a fully remote setting from within the USA.
