ServiceNow Adjunct Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Available to conduct synchronous online classes through Microsoft Teams every Monday and Tuesday.

• Strategically plan and organize instruction to enhance virtual student learning and engagement.

• Adapt instructional methods and strategies as necessary to accommodate diverse student needs.

• Utilize effective teaching and learning strategies to convey subject matter to students.

• Maintain a comprehensive and precise understanding of Service Now workflow deployment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in meetings and academic initiatives aimed at program enhancement.

• Keep abreast of developments in their field through professional development activities, engagement in professional organizations, and attendance at meetings, conferences, or workshops.

• Create, revise, and align course materials to meet college standards for adult learners.

• Develop practical labs, assessments, and other educational materials while assessing their effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards pertaining to instructional quality and education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

• Preferred degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or related fields in Technology and/or Business Administration.

• Official transcripts of the bachelor's degree are required.

• At least three years of professional experience with ServiceNow, or two years of ServiceNow administration experience alongside one year of IT Service Management experience.

• Preferred industry certifications, which may include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Application Specialist, ServiceNow Systems Administrator, or ServiceNow Implementor.

• Previous experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred.

• Preferred familiarity with Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Saba, Chamilo, or iSpring.

• Proven expertise and knowledge in utilizing the functions and features of the ServiceNow platform.
