Service/Application Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for sleep laboratories and private practice physicians.

• Deliver expert assistance to our clients in the daily management of our systems.

• Set up and commission new devices at customer locations.

• Conduct maintenance activities.

• Provide training to users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed qualification as a state-certified medical technician is preferred.

• Strong physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) is a plus.

• Possess a solid understanding of medical and technical concepts.

• Maintain a confident and professional demeanor.

• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.

• Exhibit organizational skills and willingness to travel.

• Proficient PC skills, particularly in MS Office.
