Service Trainer, German Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting service training courses both in-person and through webinars

• Leading comprehensive training sessions with support from back-office teams

• Developing new technical training materials for product development launches

• Revising existing training documentation to reflect updates in production and product specifications

• Creating innovative e-learning content for the Bobcat learning platform

• Evaluating and suggesting modern training techniques, tools, and formats

• Designing assessments and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

• Ensuring a high level of participant satisfaction and ongoing enhancement of training quality

• Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and aftermarket teams

• Upholding the Bobcat brand in a professional, cooperative, and positive manner

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical foundation in mechanics, engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of hydraulics and electrics/electronics

• Experience with earthmoving or compact construction machinery is highly advantageous

• Exceptional training, presentation, and communication abilities

• Proficiency in both German and English; additional European languages are beneficial

• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of effective follow-up

• A confident, open-minded, and team-oriented personality

• Willingness to travel frequently, primarily within Germany and to our headquarters in the Czech Republic, up to 50% of the time

• A commercial mindset is an added advantage
