Service Technician, Field Service, Commercial Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site maintenance, repair, and commissioning of heat pumps as well as oil- and gas-fired heating systems.

• Provide service-oriented consultation to our customers from heating companies, both via phone and on-site, to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in the technical field service within the broader radius of your operational area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as installer for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning systems (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Ideally, possess further qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology.

• Hold a Refrigeration Certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; having Category 2 certification is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel and a strong technical aptitude are essential.
