Service Technician – Field Service, Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Customer-focused consultation with our clients in the Commercial sector

• Maintenance and servicing of large heat pumps and refrigeration systems to guarantee long-term operational reliability

• Service documentation through the IT system

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, or heating technician (e.g., plumbing/heating system mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer)

• Professional experience in field service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC

• Ability to work independently, be a team player, and demonstrate reliability

• Valid driving licence class B and a willingness to travel within Austria

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• IT/computer skills
