Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial warewashing equipment, including under-counter, pass-through, and rack conveyor dishwashers.

• Oversee all on-site installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Identify errors and technical issues and determine suitable solutions.

• Generate timely and detailed service reports.

• Record processes and adhere to company standards and protocols.

• Collaborate with the technical team and disseminate information throughout the organization.

• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Take ownership and accountability for achieving agreed-upon goals and targets, such as response times, first-time fix rates, customer satisfaction, stock management, productivity, and effective teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Electrical competence is essential, as technicians will work with both single and three-phase equipment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.

• Exceptional organizational and computer skills.

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

• Proven experience in field service roles.

• Direct experience in the warewashing and/or catering industry is highly desirable.
