This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and provide suitable solutions to customer issues.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting or escalate problems to the development team.
• Participate in deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
• Manage tools and inventory.
• Work with both software and hardware components related to various solutions.
• Travel regularly to different customer locations within Sweden.
• Independent, organized, and capable of solving complex problems.
• Thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
• Clear in communication and customer-oriented.
• Clean criminal record.
• Class B driving license.
• Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
