This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Assist customers by monitoring and ensuring the effectiveness of treatment programs.
β’ Perform sampling and water analysis directly at customer sites.
β’ Assess corrosion rates and microbiological indicators.
β’ Execute field trials in collaboration with the sales team.
β’ Supervise chemical usage and manage on-site inventory levels at customer locations.
β’ Replenish dosing systems with chemical products as needed.
β’ Evaluate measurement and dosing equipment, and carry out repairs or replacements when necessary.
β’ Compile service reports and document all activities undertaken.
β’ Completed vocational training in a chemical or technical discipline.
β’ Experience in technical field service along with a strong foundational knowledge of water chemistry.
β’ Excellent consulting and communication abilities, exhibiting confidence and persuasiveness.
β’ High level of teamwork orientation, constructive communication approach, and adaptability.
β’ Proficient in MS Office, with strong command of both German and English languages.
β’ Willingness to travel and possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
