Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers by monitoring and ensuring the effectiveness of treatment programs.

• Perform sampling and water analysis directly at customer sites.

• Assess corrosion rates and microbiological indicators.

• Execute field trials in collaboration with the sales team.

• Supervise chemical usage and manage on-site inventory levels at customer locations.

• Replenish dosing systems with chemical products as needed.

• Evaluate measurement and dosing equipment, and carry out repairs or replacements when necessary.

• Compile service reports and document all activities undertaken.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a chemical or technical discipline.

• Experience in technical field service along with a strong foundational knowledge of water chemistry.

• Excellent consulting and communication abilities, exhibiting confidence and persuasiveness.

• High level of teamwork orientation, constructive communication approach, and adaptability.

• Proficient in MS Office, with strong command of both German and English languages.

• Willingness to travel and possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
